These terms apply to your use of Just eBikes, including eBike, parts and accessories listings.
1. About Just eBikes
Just eBikes is an online marketplace that helps users list, discover and enquire about eBikes, parts, accessories and related products. Just eBikes is not the seller, buyer, manufacturer, insurer, financier or inspector of listed products.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. You must not use another person’s account or provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
3. Listings
Users may create listings for eBikes, parts, accessories and other approved products. Listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading. Just eBikes may edit, remove or refuse listings that breach these terms or appear suspicious.
4. Buyer and Seller Responsibility
Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking product condition, ownership, safety, suitability, price, payment, delivery and any transfer arrangements. Just eBikes does not guarantee any listing, product, seller, buyer or transaction outcome.
5. Retailer Accounts
Retailers may create a public Shopfront, publish listings and use available credits. Retailers are responsible for ensuring their business information, product listings, prices, availability and contact details remain accurate.
6. Payments, Subscriptions and Credits
Retailer subscriptions may renew monthly unless cancelled. Standard listings may use 1 credit and featured listings may use 2 credits. Monthly subscription credits may roll over for up to 3 months. Purchased credit packs do not expire unless stated otherwise. Credits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not post illegal, stolen, unsafe, fraudulent, offensive, misleading or infringing content. You must not misuse messaging, scrape the platform, interfere with security or attempt to avoid fees or platform rules.
8. Marketplace Disclaimer
Just eBikes does not inspect, verify, endorse or guarantee any eBike, part, accessory or other product listed on the platform. You use the platform and deal with other users at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just eBikes is not liable for loss, damage, disputes, failed transactions, inaccurate listings, product faults, injury, delivery issues or user conduct arising from use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Just eBikes after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
